2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an Account, accessing the Platform, or placing any Bet, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and all policies referenced herein, including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

3. Eligibility

To use the a2000m Platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

4. Account Registration

4.1 Account Creation

To access certain features of the Platform, you must create an Account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. Required information typically includes:

• Full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification
• Date of birth
• Email address
• Mobile phone number
• Residential address in Indonesia
• Preferred username and secure password
• Indonesian bank account details for deposits and withdrawals (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, or other supported banks)

4.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not shared with other online services
• Not share your Account credentials with any third party
• Immediately notify a2000m of any unauthorized access or security breach
• Log out of your Account at the end of each session, especially when using shared or public computers

You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your Account, whether authorized by you or not. a2000m is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain Account security.

4.3 One Account Per Person

Each User is permitted to hold only one Account. Creating multiple Accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in:

• Immediate closure of all duplicate Accounts
• Forfeiture of any Bonuses, winnings, or funds in duplicate Accounts
• Permanent ban from the Platform

4.4 Verification (KYC)

a2000m is committed to preventing fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. We reserve the right to request verification documents at any time, including but not limited to:

• Government-issued photo identification (KTP, passport, or driver's license)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last 3 months)
• Bank account verification documents
• Source of funds documentation for large deposits or withdrawals

You must provide requested documents within 7 days of request. Failure to comply may result in Account suspension and withdrawal restrictions. All verification documents must be clear, legible, and unaltered.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

• Bank transfers from BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI, and Bank Permata
• E-wallet transfers from OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja
• Other payment methods as may be added and announced on the Platform

Deposit terms:

• Minimum deposit amount: Rp 50.000
• Maximum deposit amount: varies by payment method and Account status
• Deposits are typically credited instantly, but may take up to 15 minutes during high-traffic periods
• All deposits must be made from bank accounts or e-wallets in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• a2000m does not charge deposit fees, but your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal terms:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: Rp 100.000
• Withdrawals must be made to a verified Indonesian bank account in your name
• Processing time: 15 minutes to 24 hours, depending on verification status and withdrawal amount
• First-time withdrawals may require additional verification and may take up to 72 hours
• a2000m reserves the right to request additional verification for withdrawals exceeding Rp 10.000.000
• Withdrawal requests may be declined if bonus wagering requirements have not been met

5.3 Anti-Money Laundering

a2000m is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. Suspicious transactions will be reported to relevant authorities. Users must wager deposited funds at least once before withdrawal. Deposits withdrawn without wagering may incur administrative fees.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

a2000m offers various Bonuses and promotions to Users, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and special event promotions. All Bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, which will be clearly stated in the relevant promotional materials.

6.1 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. Professional bettors or bonus abusers may have Bonuses revoked.
• All Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, typically ranging from 15x to 30x the Bonus amount.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the specified validity period, usually 14 to 30 days from Bonus credit.
• Only real-money Bets count toward wagering requirements. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until requirements are met.
• Maximum bet limits may apply when playing with Bonus funds, typically Rp 50.000 per Bet.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and sports betting may have lower contribution percentages.
• a2000m reserves the right to void Bonuses, cancel Bets, and confiscate winnings if Bonus abuse is detected.
• Only one Bonus per User, household, IP address, or device. Multiple Account holders will forfeit all Bonuses.

6.2 Bonus Forfeiture

Bonuses and associated winnings may be forfeited if:

• Wagering requirements are not met within the validity period
• You violate any Terms or Bonus conditions
• You request a withdrawal before meeting wagering requirements (unless otherwise stated)
• Fraudulent activity or Bonus abuse is detected

7. Betting Rules

7.1 Placing Bets

When you place a Bet on the a2000m Platform:

• You confirm that you have sufficient funds in your Account to cover the Bet
• You accept the odds and terms displayed at the time the Bet is placed
• All Bets are final and cannot be canceled or modified once confirmed
• Bet confirmation will be displayed on-screen and recorded in your Account history

7.2 Bet Settlement

Bets are settled based on official results from recognized sports governing bodies, game providers, or lottery organizers. Settlement terms:

• Sports Bets are settled after the official full-time result (unless otherwise specified for specific markets)
• Live casino game results are final as determined by the game provider
• Togel (lottery) results are based on official draw results from Singapore Pools, Hong Kong Jockey Club, Sydney Lotteries, or Macau authorities
• In case of abandoned, postponed, or canceled events, Bets may be voided and stakes returned, subject to specific sport and market rules
• a2000m reserves the right to void Bets if obvious errors in odds, results, or settlement occur

7.3 Betting Limits

a2000m imposes minimum and maximum Bet limits, which vary by sport, game, and market. These limits are displayed when placing Bets. We reserve the right to adjust limits at any time without notice.

7.4 Restricted Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in Account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Colluding with other Users or third parties to manipulate outcomes or exploit Bonuses
• Using automated betting software, bots, or systems
• Arbitrage betting across multiple betting platforms
• Betting on events where you have inside information or influence over the outcome
• Syndicate or professional betting operations
• Any form of cheating, fraud, or unfair play

8. Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• a2000m provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
• We are not liable for any losses arising from technical issues, server downtime, communication failures, or third-party service interruptions.
• We are not responsible for errors in Bet placement caused by User error, device malfunction, or internet connectivity issues.
• In no event shall a2000m be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.
• Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you deposited in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless a2000m and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Platform.

9. Account Termination

9.1 Termination by User

You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure:

• All pending Bets will be settled according to their outcomes
• Your remaining balance (minus any outstanding obligations) will be returned to your verified bank account
• Any active Bonuses will be forfeited
• You will no longer receive promotional communications unless you opt in separately

9.2 Termination by a2000m

a2000m reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without notice, if:

• You violate any provision of these Terms
• You engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities
• You provide false or misleading information during registration or verification
• You fail to respond to verification requests within the specified timeframe
• We suspect money laundering, collusion, or other prohibited activities
• Maintaining your Account would expose us to legal or regulatory risk

Upon termination by a2000m, your Account balance (excluding any Bonuses or winnings from prohibited activities) will be returned after deducting any outstanding obligations. We reserve the right to withhold funds pending investigation of suspected violations.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and the laws applicable to online betting operations serving the Indonesian market. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through the following process:

• You agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute by contacting our customer support team
• If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, both parties agree to engage in good-faith negotiation
